The YAIAA’s Division II Warriors of Susquehannock defeated the Division I Mustangs of South Western 27-19 in a free for all. Justin Markel led the Warriors rushing attack with 11 carries for 60-yards, followed by Chaz Powell with 10 for 55. Powell blocked a Mustangs field goal attempt and Zach King returned it 65-yards for a Warriors score. Powell also caught3 passes for 122-yards, including a 77-yard touchdown from Andy McCoy, who completed 7 passes for 201-yards, and returned an interception 35-yards for a score. Joe Ault led the Mustangs rushing attack with 17 carries for 62-yards and 2 touchdowns, followed by Cody Smith with 7 for 35. J. C. Laughlin completed 9 passes for 148-yards, including a 62-yard touchdown strike to Drew Snyder, who caught 3 passes for 96-yards for the Mustangs.
The YAIAA’s Rockets of Spring Grove upended the Lancaster-Lebanon League’s Bulldogs of Wilson 28-20. Matt Marshall led the Rockets rushing attack with 65-yards, including a 1-yard touchdown, and completed 12 passes for 147-yards, including a 5-yard touchdown to T. J. McMaster. Mike Langer scored on a 15-yard run and Justin Seibert returned an interception 28-yards for another Rockets score. Jake Stopper led the Bulldogs with 94-yards rushing and caught a 27-yard touchdown pass from Erik Hetrich, who completed 16 passes for 167-yards, also including a 19-yard touchdown to Josh Smith and a 22-yard touchdown to Schifalacqua.
The YAIAA’s Panthers of Central York mauled the Lancaster-Lebanon League’s Falcons of Cedar Crest 40-7. Anjelo Kellum returned a kickoff 96-yards for a touchdown, Ryan Tribue returned a fumble 64-yards for a touchdown, John Mehring returned an interception 26-yards for a touchdown, Eric Schwartz passed for 102-yards, including a 31-yard touchdown to Ryan Ortyl, Matt Nugent scored on a 4-yard run and Tyler Gray scored on a 29-yard run for the Panthers. Tobias Robinson led the Falcons with 88-yards rushing, including a 45-yard touchdown, and Derek Kline passed for 83-yards.
The Lancaster-Lebanon League’s Comets of Penn Manor outlasted the YAIAA’s Wildcats of Dallastown 26-14. Mike Stover rushed for130-yards and Geoff Hess rushed for 118-yards, including a 25-yard touchdown, returned a punt 30-yards for a touchdown and threw an option pass to Matt Herr for a 20-yard touchdown for the Comets. Kyle O’Donnell rushed for 57-yards, including a 5-yard touchdown and Zach Shue passed for 134-yards, including a 21-yard touchdown to Andrew Le, for the Wildcats.
The Mid-Penn’s Falcons of Lower Dauphin blasted the YAIAA’s Lions of Red Lion 65-12. Tucker Berry rushed for 198-yards, including touchdown runs of 11, 4, 61 and 27-yards, and returned a kickoff 89-yards for a fifth touchdown, for the Falcons. Ian Dell returned an interception 32-yards for a touchdown, Spencer Patton kicked a 23-yard field goal, Kevin Gerhart scored on a 13-yard run, Jonathan Crawford scored on a 2-yard run, and Jaratt Dill returned a fumble 62-yards for another Falcons score. Joe Doyle led the Lions rushing attack with 84-yards and Taylor Green completed 11 passes for 176-yards, including touchdowns of 9-yards to Andrew Downs and 54-yards to Ed Kiser, for the Lions. Kiser caught 4 passes for 118-yards.
The Suburban One League’s Falcons of Pennsbury overran the YAIAA’s Bearcats of William Penn of York 31-14. Trenton Branam rushed for 61-yards, including touchdown runs of 43, 1 and 11-yards, Josh Parks scored on a 1-yard run, and Alex Hermes kicked a 43-yard field goal for the Falcons. Lamar Hughes led the Bearcats rushing attack with 75-yards, including a 2-yard touchdown, and Tisen Dicksen passed for 71-yards, including a 21-yard touchdown to Isiah Ray, who caught 4 passes for 63-yards.
The YAIAA’s Division I Colonials of New Oxford romped over the Division II Eagles of Dover 35-7. The first half was scoreless but the Colonials ran away with the second half. Alex Smith rushed for 110-yards, including 29 and 42-yard touchdowns, and passed for 74-yards and Adam Smith rushed for 76-yards, including a 1-yard touchdown, for the Colonials. Mike Duncan scored on a 25-yard run and Brian Lawrence scored on a 28-yard run for the Colonials. Mike Stough led the Eagles rushing attack with 47-yards, followed by Brandon Beck with 34-yards, and Colt Zarilla completed 5 passes for 85-yards for the Eagles. Billy Troup returned a kickoff 85-yards for the Eagles lone score.
The Lancaster-Lebanon League’s Indians of Donegal beat the YAIAA’s Golden Knights of Eastern York 54-20. No other information was available for this game.
The YAIAA’s Division III Knighthawks of Hanover defeated the Division II Rams of Kennard-Dale 48-28. Chris Tarbart rushed for 205-yards, including a 68-yard touchdown, for the Knighthawks and Nic Shirey passed for 144-yards, including touchdowns of 5, 22 and 67-yards to Matt Trish and 10-yards to Bryant Descheemaeker. Jay Shirey returned an interception 75-yards for another score and Nate Sentz scored on an 8-yard run for the Knighthawks. Brandon Marousek led the Rams rushing attack with 126-yards, including touchdowns of 45 and 2-yards, and Justin Boland passed for 231-yards, including 32 and 76-yard touchdowns to Justin Lane (who caught 3 passes for 120-yards).
The Mid-Penn’s Trojans of Hershey shut out the YAIAA’s Bulldogs of West York 34-0. Matt Kulbacki rushed for 164-yards, including touchdowns of 41 and 6-yards, Chris Walizer passed for 90-yards, including touchdowns of 2-yards to Keith Spencer and 7-yards to Jayson Elmore, and Mike Wagner threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to Adam Goodspeed for the Trojans. Rob Estep completed 10 passes for 119-yards and Dan Haverstock completed one for 11-yards for the Bulldogs, who were held to zero yards rushing for the game.
The YAIAA’s Division III Knights of Fairfield edged the Division II Irish of York Catholic 8-6. Corey Staples led the Knights with 53-yards rushing and Robby Potts completed 8 passes for 89-yrds, including a 33-yard touchdown to Dan Goetz. The Knights had only 105-yards total offense and the Irish only had 79-yards. Miguel Vasquez blocked a Knights punt and Joe Fable fell on it in the end zone for the Irish score. Fairfield sacked the Irish quarterback 7 times, with Ray Dove and Nick Wivell each getting 3 of them.
The YAIAA’s Trojans of York Suburban defeated the Lancaster-Lebanon League’s Indians of Eastern Lebanon County (ELCO) 24-12. Dustin Gatewood rushed for 172-yards, including touchdowns of 14 and 60-yards, Zach Reider kicked a 33-yard field goal, and Brandon Snyder returned an interception 41-yards for a touchdown for the Trojans. Marc Bower passed for 152-yards and Reider caught 4 of them for 103-yards for the Trojans. Vincent LaSelva rushed for 127-yards, Ethan Longenecker passed for 209-yards, including a 4-yard touchdown to Joseph Sandoe, and Seth Miller kicked field goals of 22 and 24-yards for the Indians.
The YAIAA’s Eagles of Bermudian Springs edged the Mid-Penn’s Cadets of Scotland 21-15. Ryan Spahr rushed for 113-yards, including a 4-yard touchdown, and caught 3 passes for 65-yards, including touchdowns of 41 and 8-yards from Davey Zaminski, for the Eagles. Kevin Marshall led the Cadets with 149-yards rushing, including a 74-yard touchdown, and Anthony Howard scored on a 1-yard run. Greg Robinson completed 10 passes for 107-yards for the Cadets, but interceptions by Zaminski and Jeff Frantz stalled drives.
The Mid-Penn’s Lions of Camp Hill trounced the YAIAA’s Canners of Biglerville 49-6. Quarterback Michael Withington rushed for 125-yards, including a 66-yard touchdown, and passed for 167-yards, including a 30-yard touchdown to Tyler Wolffe, a 39-yard touchdown to Mike Davis and a 10-yard touchdown to Nick Anastasio, for the Lions. Davis also scored touchdowns on runs of 11 and 7-yards and Justin Losh threw a 32-yard touchdown pass to Jon Shover for the Lions. Dan Campo completed 6 passes for 108-yards, including a 60-yard touchdown to Tyrel Taughinbaugh, for the Canners, who had minus rushing yardage for the game.
The Mountain Nittany League’s Mauraders of Bishop Guilfoyle edged the YAIAA’s Squires of Delone Catholic 15-14. Perehinec, with 51-yards, and Librizzi and Seasoltz, with 46-yards each, led the Mauraders rushing attack. Seasoltz scored on a 2-yard run and Phillips threw a 69-yard touchdown pass to S. McConnell for the Mauraders. Seasoltz’ 2-point conversion run after the McConnell touchdown was the difference in the game. John Stieber led the Squires rushing attack with 52-yards, followed by Joe Sorice with 44. Sorice returned a punt for a 69-yard touchdown and Seth Grim threw an 11-yard touchdown strike to Trevor Morley for the Squires.
The Lancaster-Lebanon League’s Crusaders of Lancaster Catholic shut out the YAIAA’s Thunderbolts of Littlestown 21-0. Jonathan Markley Led the Crusaders rushing attack with 71-yards and Nick Downey passed for 70-yards, including a 14-yard touchdown to Matthew Balasavage, and scored a touchdown on a one yard run. Brendan Bresnahan returned an interception 19-yards for another score. Zach Beaver completed 8 passes for 85-yards for the Thunderbolts but they had minus 31-yards rushing for the game and turned the ball over 9 times, on 5 fumbles and 4 interceptions.
The Mid-Penn’s Rockets of James Buchanan blasted the YAIAA’s Spartans of York County Tech 34-8. Tyler Corrales recovered a Spartans fumble on the 3-yard line and ran it in for a Rockets score and the Spartans recorded a safety by tackling the Rockets quarterback in the end zone. The Rockets held the Spartans Marc Bonner, who rushed for 235-yards and scored 5 touchdowns last week, to 56-yards on 13 carries.
The Mid Penn Keystone Division’s Warriors of Gettysburg blasted the Mid-Penn Colonial Division’s Bulldogs of Big Spring 49-14. R.J. Van Brakle rushed for 49–yards, including touchdowns of 5, 9 and 35-yards, and intercepted a pass to set up the first scoring drive for the Warriors. D. J. Stahl returned an interception 41-yards for a touchdown. Evan Lewis passed for 162-yards, including an 18-yard touchdown to Brad Thompson, and Terrill Barnes caught 3 passes for 83-yards and scored a touchdown on a 13-yard run for the Warriors. Backup quarterback Storm Woerner threw a 56-yard touchdown to Sean Manahan to close out the scoring for the Warriors. J. C. Miller completed 4 passes for 72-yards, including a 28-yard touchdown to Ty Cyr, and Derek Kramer returned a kickoff 91-yards for a touchdown for the Bulldogs.
The Polar Bears of Northern York shut out the Wildcats of Mechanicsburg 22-0 in a Mid-Penn Keystone Division match up. Chad Halterman returned a punt 45-yards for a touchdown and returned an interception 45-yards for another score, Jimmy Miller scored on a 7-yard run and Brent Brockman kicked a 39-yard field goal for the Polar Bears. Mike Romagnoli led the Polar Bears with 67-yards rushing. All-star quarterback Zach Frazier, who will be going to Notre Dame and will play in the Army All American High School Game in January, passed for 122-yards for the Wildcats, but they were held to 29-yards rushing for the game.
The Lancaster-Lebanon League’s Black Knights of Hempfield beat the Mid-Penn’s Patriots of Red Land 28-3. Mike Callahan completed 12-of-20 passes for 173 yards, including touchdowns of 6-yards to Charlie Parker and 23-yards to Pat Blair for the Black Knights. Blair rushed for 81-yards and Parker rushed for 71-yards, including touchdowns of 1 and 5-yards. Luke Cox rushed for 127 tough yards on 23 carries for the Patriots, whose only score came on a 33-yard field goal by Nick Herring.
