I guess my opinion on Notre Dame being 10 spots overrated came to fruition Saturday.  #12 sounds like a more accurate ranking for the Irish.

 

Are you aware Temple is the lowest scoring offense in Division 1-A?  Heck, they have not scored a touchdown yet!  3 points in 3 games, shut out 62-0 two weeks in a row!  I know that freshman quarterback Vaughn Charlton (Avon Grove HS) has seen some time so far.

 

Watch out- Notre Dame will NOT beat all 3 service academy teams this year.  Army and Air Force lost to powerhouse teams by less than a touchdown already.  Tennessee needed to stop a 2 point conversion with about a minute left to hold off Air Force 31-30 (Tennessee was favored by 18.5 points).  Texas A&M needed to stuff a run on 3rd down on their own 2 yard line to hold off Army, 28-24.  Need I say that the Aggies were 29 point favorites?
