RUSHING:  Kareem Williams of Parkland ran for 102 yards vs St. Joseph's Prep to finish the season with 1,932 yards rushing.  That puts him in 4th place at the school for a single season.  He moved ahead of Austin Scott (1,918), Matt Thomas (1,900) and Sean Bleiler's (1,858) 2nd best single season totals and also brother Andre's best season (1,913).   Williams finished his career with 2,497 yards and 29 td's.  Schuylkill Haven's junior runningback William Casella ran for 111 yards against Old Forge to finish the season with 2,264 yards and 34 td's.  Casella will enter his senior year with 4,163 yards and 52 td's.  Teammate Ryan Fink ended his junior year with 1,406 yards rushing and scored a total of 18 td's.  He'll enter his senior season with 2.524 yards and 29 td's.  Easton and Panther Valley also had 2 players rush for over 1,000 yards this year.  Shane Simpson and Kyle Bambary of Easton and Panther Valley's Kyle Ferryman and Richard Nase.   Niko Petrone of ESS finished the year with 2,113 yards rushing and 31 td's.  Both totals put him in 3rd place all-time at ESS behind James Mungro's junior and senior year totals.  Petrone's career totals of 4,306 yards and 62 td's puts him 2nd place all-time at ESS behind Mungro's 8,432 yards and 115 td's.  Ra'Von Burton of Catasauqua finished the season with 1,484 yards rushing and 22 td's.  His rushing yards put him in 6th place at the school behind Robert Delgado's 1,532 yards.  His 22 td's ties him with Jonathan Linton for 4th place at Catty.  Gerald Douglas of Stroudsburg ran for 102 yards and 4 scores against ESS on Thanksgiving morning.  Douglas ended his junior year with 1,709 yards rushing and 23 td's.  His yardage puts him in 5th place all-time for a single season at the school and the 23 td's ties him with Dave Paffenroth.  Paffenroth had 23 td's as a junior in 1977 and 21 as a senior in 1978 before moving on to play at Penn State.

PASSING:  Catasauqua's Zack Bradley ended the season as the District 11 leader with 3,047 yards and 43 td's.  The yardage places him in 7th all-time in the District for a single season and his 43 td passes puts him in a second place tie with Brendan Nosovitch of Central Catholic (junior year).  AJ Long of Pius X is the District leader when he threw 46 td passes in 2011 as a sophomore.  Bradley's career totals are 5,267 yards and 74 td passes.  His yardage moves him into 17th place in the District, squeezed between Chris Palubinsky of Shenandoah Valley and Michael Barnhard of Allen.  Bradley's 74 td's ties him with AJ Long of Pius X for 4th place in the District.  Nick Cook became Northampton's all-time passing yardage leader.  Cook ended his career with 3,511 yards breaking the old record of 3,411 yards set by Eric Spadt (1993-95).  Easton's Bradley Wilkins threw for 2,534 yards and 28 td's in his career putting him in 4th place in both categories at the school.  Mike Nikorak of Stroudsburg finished his junior year with another 1,000 yards passing.  He will enter his senior year with 2,279 yards and 24 td passes.  Devante Cross of Parkland threw for 1,055 yards and 11 td's in his sophomore season while ESS freshman Jake Cirillo threw for 1,117 yards and 12 td's.  NOTE: Bradley is currently 1st in the State with 43 td passes.  Billy Fessler of Cathedral Prep has 41 td passes and Brett Brumbaugh of South Fayette has 38 td passes going into the State semifinals.

RECEIVING:  Catasauqua's Paryss Marshall ended the season as the District leader with 76 catches for 1,566 yards and 20 td's.  The 76 catches puts him in 5th place all-time in the District.  His yardage places him in second all-time behind Kevin Gulyas of Central Catholic (2,031 in 2011).  Marshall's 20 td's ties him with Dan Cason of ESS for 2nd place all-time in the District.  Gulyas holds the record with his 27 td catches in 2011.  For his career, Marshall finished with 124 catches for 2,541 yards and 36 td's.  His yardage puts him in 5th place all-time for a career in the District.  The 36 td's will place him in 2nd or 3rd place all-time in the District pending the research on another players potential of having 39 td's.  Marshall scored a total of 25 td's this year to set the all-time single season record at Catty.  Nate Pendry (1997) and Robert Delgado (2002) jointly held the old record with 23 td's each.  Jacob Stopay of Catasauqua complimented Marshall in the passing game and caught 36 passes for 685 yards and 10 scores.  Eli Redmond ended the year with 47 catches for 620 yards and 7 td's.   The 47 catches puts him in 4th place all-time at Parkland and the yardage puts him in 6th place.   NOTE: Justin Watson of South Fayette has 1,403 yards receiving this year and is tied with Marshall for the State lead with 20 td catches.  South Fayette will play Hickory in the West 2A semifinal.
