Note: PFN and committee make our annual selections based partially upon head coaches' nominations, scouting services input, contributor input, and our own personal observations. We relied upon the MaxPreps stats primarily. But we also used our own Keystone Club. Unfortunately, there are head coaches who choose to not nominate their players nor use MaxPreps. Thus, some excellent players may have been by-passed. We have named three teams and an honorable mention for each classification. PFN continues to honor our athletes. We encourage all head football coaches to use MaxPreps. If you don't promote PA high school football, who will?
