         President Kanaskie call to order 8:03 am

**            Minutes from spring meeting – approved (Clark)

**            Treasurer’s report – 12, 785.81 – approved (Wadas)

**            Hall of Fame – 10 inductees selected to be honored at State College Spring Banquet on Sunday April 25, 2009 at approximately 4:00 pm at the Ramada Inn.

**            Membership (Wadas) due by February 15^th for 2009-2010!

**            Coach of the Year – Varsity, Assistant, Jr. High needs selected by District and emailed to President Kanaskie by March 3, 2010.

**            2009 Convention - (Fisk) Mentioned the Fall Convention was a success.  We will pursue Act 48 hours if possible for 2010.

**            PWCA Scholarships – (Greenly) Mentioned he would disclose results of the 4 $500.00 and 2 $1000.00 scholarships soon.

**            All Academic Team – President Kanaskie mentioned there were 297 applicants.  Chairman (Creps) mentioned deadline for 2009-10 is March 31^st.

**            National Federation – President Kanaskie addressed the 4 options for weight classification.  Change 3 provided a handout and stressed that each district poll each head coach.  Deadline for results to him are January 15, 2010.

**            President Kanaskie mentioned that the Board of Directors should meet at the 2010 State Tournament.  Probable time is Thursday evening by the “Green” room at the Giant Center.

**            NWCA Convention – Todd Niebauer (PA Representative) went this summer, and mentioned it was excellent.
