Using the NWCA program

 

Each weigh-in sheet that a coach must use (and print out for weigh-ins) will list the minimum weight a wrestler can achieve in that week.

 

When the coach prints it out for the weigh-in, the opponent coach will see the minimum weight a wrestler can achieve.

 

Also, the coach after their weigh-in must enter the wrestler's weight and if this is below or higher than the targeted weight, the program will re-calcuate itself and this may hinder a wrestler's descent to get to their target weight.

 

If below, then they may be lower than the 1.5% descent per week.
