Summary of Meeting:
· President Kanaskie called to order 12:01 pm
· Minutes from Fall meeting Jim Clark approved
· Treasury Report Frank Wadas approved; balance: 15,4888.17
· President Kanaskie Standardize times and dates of spring, fall, and states B.O.D. meetings. Voted unanimously to hold meetings: 1. Spring: 12:00 noon State College Ramada; H.O.F. Banquet to follow. 2. Fall: 2 hours before Fall Convention Banquet 2010 date is Saturday, October 23rd at Grantville Holiday Inn. 3. States Planning meeting-Thursday Evening at the end of AAA session, Green Room (PIAA Room) under Giant Center.
· Membership Frank Wadas We had 92/109 individual/intuitional members for 2010. / We have 12 lifetime.
· Fall Convention President Kanaskie mentioned date of Friday and Saturday, October 22 -23, at Grantville
· PWCA Scholarships President Kanaskie only 40 applicants winners to be announced May 5.
· PWCA H.O.F. Norm Palovcsik get prospective candidates names to him and he can research. Also, mentioned possibility of State Jr. High Championship committee formed; T. Neibaurer, F. Wadas, J. Reynolds, B. Creps, J.Clark
· PWCA All Academic Bill Creps, Eric Zeznanski over 200 applicants huge time required to screen applicants district presidents may become involved.
· PIAA
o Reporting Results several schools did not comply
o +2lb growth allowance passed 8-4 for 2010-2011
o Weight Classes will remain the same for 2010-2011
o Team Duals: 20 AAA and 16 AA Teams will attend 2011 Duals at Giant Center (Must pass PIAA B.O.D.)

· Next Meeting Saturday, October 23, 2010 2 hours before Fall Convention Banquet, Grantville Holiday Inn.
· H.O.F. banquet was very well attended, and successful.
