Barry Wise, Jr., of Benton, was a four-time East-Central sectional champion, a District 4 champion, a two-time Northeast regional champion and a three-time state placewinner. Wise placed second at the PIAA Class AA tournament at 119 in 1997, repeated as the runner-up in 1998, and placed fifth at 119 in 1999. Wise had a career record 126-14 for the Tigers. After graduating from Benton, Wise wrestled at Delaware Valley he was a two-time MAC champion and a two-time All-American. At Delaware Valley Wise compiled a career record of 108-31.
Paul Keysaw, Jr., of Athens, was a three-time North sectional champ, a two-time District 4 champion, a two-time Northeast regional champion. At the PIAA Class AA state tournament, Keysaw placed second at 145 pounds in 1985 and was the state champion at 155 pounds in 1986. Keysaw wrestled at Cal State -Bakersfield he placed eighth at the NCAA tournanament as a junior and won the PAC 10 and NCAA tournaments at 190 pounds as a senior.
Carl Lutz, Jr., of Montoursville, was a three-time sectional champion, a two-time District 4 champion, a two-time Northeast regional champion, and helped his team to the state title by winning the state championship at 112 pounds in 1974. Lutz compiled a career record of 64-5-3.
Harry Weinhofer, of Shamokin, was a three-time sectional champion, a three-time District 4 champion, a two-time Northeast regional champion and won the PIAA state championship at 112 pounds in 1966.
Ron "Buddy" Knoebel, of Ralpho and Southern Columbia, was a two-time sectional champion, and a District 4 runner-up. Knoebel wrestled at Lycoming College and was a two-time MAC champion and won the NCAA College Division national championship at 137 pounds in 1964.
