WEIGH-IN:                           Saturday, December 20^th @ 7:00-8:00am

GENERAL INFORMATION:         Wrestling will start at 9:00am.  We will using a minimum of 4 mats to keep the tournament moving along because some schools have a dual meet later that day.  This will be a single elimination tournament with semi-finalist losers wrestling off for third place.  If you lose your first match of the day, you will get another match in the challenge round.  Everyone is guaranteed two matches.  This will take place after the semi’s and before the finals.  Feel free to bring more than one wrestler per weight class.  We will be doing our bracketing on Friday night, December 19^th, to insure getting started as close to 9:00 as possible.  We are requesting that coaches send their rosters with weight classes by Thursday, December 18.  This can be done by mail, fax to our Head Coach Joshua Lininger at 717-776-2501.  Seeding will be done as much as possible, but separating wrestlers from the same school in the same weight class will be given priority.  PIAA Officials and Rules will be used.  Checks may be paid the day of the tournament if you are not sure of your numbers.  Please let us know if you are committed to the tournament and approximate numbers.  A roster is included with this letter for your convenience.  Any questions please contact Joshua Lininger, 776-2000 (High School) or email jlininger@bigspring.k12.pa.us.
