Requirements
 

• Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated success as a football coach at the high school level.

• State football playoff coaching experience preferred.

• Teacher certification or ability to acquire teacher certification at the secondary level, preferably highly qualified status within content area.

• Able to direct and oversee a comprehensive strength and conditioning program.

• Leadership and staff development skills, including the ability to oversee the total program at all levels and proven ability to work successfully with alumni and community groups.
